Brown Rice Recipe

Thought I would share with ya'll a great and easy side dish! We usually double this recipe because its great for leftovers!

Brown Rice:

1/2 stick of margarine melted
1 can consumme beef soup
1 can french onion soup
1 cup rice

Bake at
350º

combine all of the ingredients together in a small pyrex or any casserole dish. Then bake for 30-40 minutes. Of course, if you double the recipe you would need to use a larger casserole dish.
