Broccoli and Cheese Soup







I have made broccoli and cheese soup a bunch of different ways. I found this way to work the best for me. Hope you enjoy!


Saute one chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic in a 1/2 stick of butter . When the onions are soft, add one large bag of chopped broccoli ( I like fresh broccoli way better then frozen when it comes to making soup). Cover with 2 cans of chicken stock, 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can of Cream of Celery Soup, and 1 can of evaporated milk. When the soup is warm, melt in 3 cups of sharp cheddar cheese.  I add each cup one by one then stirring after adding each cup.
